booking policy
upon booking with us, we require a credit card on file to hold your future appointment. this is in place for our cancellation policy.

cancellation
we understand things can come up, we value your time and we hope you value ours as well. in the event you need to cancel, please do so by phone call or text only. no email. we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the service time, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

confirmations
after booking with us, you will receive a confirmation email and text with all your details. within 72 hours of scheduled service you will receive a confirmation email/text and then a 48 hour reminder.

health & safety
as professionals, we are required to abide by state board policies of cleanliness and sanitation, as well as taking care of our staff and clients. If you are feeling under the weather or have been exposed to sickness, please respect our policies of cancelling/rescheduling with 24 hours or more notice. If less than 24 hours, the same cancellation policy is enforced.

late policy
we strive to be efficient and respect your experience in the chair. if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to adjust and accommodate. this is not a guarantee you will receive the full service booked. if we feel this will compromise your service, then we will need to reschedule.

kids policy
at salty roots we love our little island babies. to maintain a safe environment and a relaxing experience for other guests, we ask that you arrange a kid-free appointment; unless they are receiving a service themselves.

refund policy
thorough consultation and a happy client is our highest priority at salty roots. if there is something you are not happy about with your hair, please reach out within 72 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. we are happy to fix anything that happened on our end. due to the extensive time and products used during your service, we do not offer refunds.
